About the Office

What the Provincial HRMO does under the law

The Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO) looks after the people who work for the Provincial Government of Bukidnon. Under the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160) and civil service rules, the office helps the Governor with recruitment, selection and placement, keeps employee records, handles benefits and leave, and runs programs on training, performance and employee welfare.

The PHRMO works within Civil Service Commission (CSC) rules. Most members of the public deal with it as job applicants, or as current or former provincial employees who need a record.
