Which Assessor Handles Your Property

It depends on where the property is located

Property in a municipality

Start at the Municipal Assessor's Office of the town where the property is. The Provincial Assessor's Office works with municipal assessors and handles tax declarations for properties in Bukidnon's 20 municipalities.

Property in Malaybalay City or Valencia City

Go to the City Assessor's Office of that city. Both cities handle their own assessments and tax declarations.

Paying the tax

Real property tax and transfer tax are paid to the treasurer. For property in the municipalities, see the Provincial Treasurer's Office. In the two cities, pay the city treasurer.
