About the Office
What the General Services Officer does under the law
The Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) looks after the property and support services of the Provincial Government of Bukidnon. Under the Local Government Code of 1991 (Republic Act No. 7160), the General Services Officer takes custody of and manages provincial property, supervises the use of public buildings and equipment, and recommends their proper upkeep and repair.
The PGSO mainly serves provincial offices. Residents deal with it less often than with offices such as the Treasurer or the PSWDO. Services like public markets and tricycle franchising belong to your city or municipality.
